Form Guidelines

1. Website address :- enter full URL of the website you want your listing to link to (can be left blank if no link required)
2. Business Name :- your name, your business name or your website name.
3. Address 1, 2, 3 :- Only enter the details you want to appear on your listing entry. You may not want your full address displayed but it would be useful to put at least the town or area you operate in (try to avoid UK or worldwide)
4. Tel No. :- Optional field, only input if you want it displayed as part of your address details.
5. Email Address :- Essential , for us to get in touch with you with any queries. Will be displayed as part of the address box (if you would prefer it not to be displayed please say so in the COMMENTS box).
6. Description :- Make full use of the 40 words available to describe your business, try to include all therapies you offer.You cannot display your website address here.
7. Area Town :-Enter any details that will enhanse your address details
8. Comments :- anything you think might be useful to help us show your listing correctly, advice or suggestions are welcome also. Anything entered will not form part of your listing
